X-Moto is the kind of platform game you seldom find these days and that yet still remains enjoyable.
In this 2D platform game your goal is to take your motorcycle through different dirt tracks, collecting berries and flowers along the way. The game involves the rules of physics, and your aim will be to overcome all the difficulties, rough terrain and steep slopes to make your way through each track. There are no opponents pitted against you, but you'll have to avoid the holes and wreckers spread out through the levels.
X-Moto is quite enjoyable and the movements are rather well done, although the graphics can feel a little outdated. However the game can prove to be quite difficult, especially as the 2D environment limits the number of movements your motorcycle can make. In a way though, the game feels oddly gratifying when you actually manage to get through an extremely difficult section of the track.
Despite its graphical limitations, X-Moto is a fun 2D classic, where mastering physics and your bike are the keys to success.
